Then, the bill will be voted by the Counsul. The Counsul has 3 days to vote on the bill from the time it is posted! The Counsul Votng Forum is Here. Anyone may post here, but only the Counsul votes will count

If there is 1. Not enough Consul Votes or 2. a Deadlock, it will go to the Triumvirate Voting Forum. Here, the Triumvirate will have 3 days to vote on this bill, essentially being the "tiebreakers". If the Triumvirate does not gather enough votes to pass the bill in 3 says (for example, a 1-1 vote and one of the Tris dont show up), then the bill dies. It saddens me to say I will be stepping down as the Apocalypse Survivors' sole Leader and Only Surviving Founder today January 24, 2012. As you may be aware the Apocalypse Survivors from this day forward January 24, 2012 will be ran as a Republic as it's government was intended during it's founding on November 24, 2012. The Apocalypse Survivors became a one leader clan by accident when everyone but myself either left or went inactive. This will NOT be the case this time. As I announce my departure today, the Apocalypse Survivors will remain a voting state in which it's leadership and it's enforcement of every aspect of the clan's execution of any and all operations. Such as voting in new members (will be voted in by the Consul with the help of the Triumvirate). No Single Person may execute anything by him/herself. Everything must be voted on and agreed upon as a group. When a Triumvirate steps down, goes inactive, or needs to be removed the clan as a whole votes in a new Triumvirate member. The Consul is the only Rank where only the Triumvirate can make decisions on but must make those decisions on a 2/3 vote. This may become complicated at first and may take some getting used to and I will be in touch by cell phone and email if anyone needs to get a hold of me due to a misunderstanding and/or questions. Now, for the mushy part:
It's true that I solely had the idea to create a clan in November 2004. I alone could not have accomplished what the Apocalypse Survivors have accomplished on my own. From 2004-Current it was not myself alone who created the Apocalypse Survivors that you know today. It's the men and women who joined the Apocalypse Survivors and helped create a community, a unity, and a brotherhood/family you see today. I want to preserve that and if it means I step down as leader then I will do whatever it takes to keep the Apocalypse Survivors running. As of late I've caused more harm than good to the Apocalypse Survivors and feel that the people who will be running the clan now will preserve what we've worked so hard for from the beginning November 24, 2004 to Now. I'm not leaving the Apocalypse Survivors I'm taking a indefinite leave of absence by request of some Apocalypse Survivors' members. I've been a leader that notices that it's the members who create the clan not a sole individual. So I thank you all for the memories we've shared and created. I thank you all for helping me create not only a gaming clan but a community and a family of our own. You All Have Contributed from being a clan member to being the highest rank in the clan, EVERYONE has done their part in helping us grow, strengthen, and prosper. I have been a proud leader for 86 months and all of you deserve the Thank You. I also thank those who are no longer in the Apocalypse Survivors for helping us improve and flourish, you too made a difference. You no longer have just one leader anymore and I believe the Apocalypse Survivors will be successful with these new individuals as your Leaders: [AS]_GlassPassenger, [AS]_Pimp-Masterflex, and [AS]_hoagieman. Their Co-Leaders: [AS]_Zappa, [AS]_Joseph_Stalin, [AS]_Kerrod, and [AS]_Midnight_Spirit. From this moment on they are your leaders and you no longer take orders from me. I release the Apocalypse Survivors in their care and hope they together can lead the Apocalypse Survivors to the future. I thank you all for your help, contributions, your loyalty, your dedication, and your promise of the future.
